Silk Painted Banners and Wall Hangings

I run workshops on the stunning art of silk painting and teach the process from start to finish showing how to create lots of effects with children and adults alike. I specialise in creating large scale banners and wall hangings, designing them using original drawings, which are then transferred onto the silk directly. I have produced many for entrances, reception areas and for windows and stairwells in schools and community settings.

This results in truly unique, colourful and collaborative artwork, created from all involved from the drawings right through to the finished paintings. The panels look stunning in front of windows and produce a stained glass effect. The panels are light fast and washable and I use materials which are guaranteed safe and long lasting. I also produce these for festivals and community events as well as for buildings, windows and wall spaces.

I also create bespoke hand-painted commissions for interiors.
